Information on the right of withdrawal

INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall expire after 14 days from: 1. when you have taken possession of the product or when a third party, other than the carrier, and indicated by you, has taken possession of the product - in the case of a contract obliging you to transfer ownership of the product, 2. in the case of a contract which provides for the transfer of ownership of several products which are delivered separately, in which you acquire the possession of the last product or in which a third party, other than the carrier, and indicated by you, acquires possession of the last product, 3. when you have taken possession of the last lot or piece or when a third party, other than the carrier, and indicated by you, has taken possession of the last lot or piece - in the case of a contract which provides for the transfer of ownership of goods which are delivered in instalments or pieces, 4. conclusion of the contract - in the case of contracts for the provision of services.

You may use the withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts referred to in Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, and in particular to contracts for the sale of publications (E-books or E-journals), if the seller has commenced performance with the express and prior consent of the consumer, who has been informed before the commencement of provision that after the seller’s provision, he will lose the right to withdraw from the agreement and has acknowledged this, and the seller has provided the consumer with the confirmation referred to in Article 15(1) and (2) or Article 21(1) of the consumer Rights Act. The commencement of the provision shall be understood as making the publication (E-book or E-journal) available to the consumer.

2. Effects of withdrawal In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you (including the costs of delivery of the products, but excluding the additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the least expensive usual means of delivery offered by the seller) without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract.

We will refund the payment using the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any charges in connection with this refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until you have received the product or provide proof of return, whichever event occurs first.

Please send back or hand over the product to us immediately and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the product back before the expiry of the 14 days to the address: EDUsfera. Ewa Jurczyk-Romanowska, ul. Drukarska 45/38, 53-311 Wrocław, Poland.

You will have to defray the direct costs of returning the product.

You shall only be liable for any diminution in the product’s value resulting from your use of the product other than what was necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics, and functioning.
